About Us
The Belmont School and Community Fair has been a cornerstone of Belmont tradition for over a century. Established as the oldest free fair in Wisconsin, the event is coordinated by a dedicated board of 11 volunteers and sustained entirely through the generosity of local businesses and community donors. Each year, the fair showcases the spirit of Belmont through a variety of activities, including Belmont Sports, the annual Stunt Night program, King and Queen candidates, the parade, animal exhibitions and auction, tractor pull, horse show, and a wide range of games and entertainment. The fair’s mission extends beyond celebration. Proceeds are reinvested into the community through scholarships awarded to Belmont High School seniors and financial support for both the school and local initiatives. The Belmont School and Community Fair continues to unite generations, preserve tradition, and strengthen the bonds that make our community thrive.
